it all happened so fast.
almost like in the blink of an eye.
xian liang is gone.
forever.
he was only a mere 18 yrs old.
still remember booking him when i was a prefect in pri sch.
and him being up to all sorts of mischief.
but he was such a strong and intelligent teen.
teachers always asked about him when we were back in rss.
and he was such an active scout in dhs.
but now.
we would live with the memories he left behind.
ur perseverance and determination would stay in our hearts.
hearing all the testimonies at the wake made me realise how determined and strong-willed u were.
you would never be far from our thoughts.

perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.

may u rest in peace.
and wherever u are now.
i hope you are happy.
stay warm.

ur strength and courage have touched us all.
